    • The EEOC’s Promising Practices for Preventing Harassment in the Construction Industry document, which highlights key recommendations to prevent and address harassment in the construction industry.
    • The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, which requires most employers with 15 or more employees “to provide a ‘reasonable accommodation’ to a qualified employee’s or applicant’s known limitations related to, affected by, or arising out of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, unless the accommodation will cause the employer an ‘undue hardship.’”

    In addition, Paretti will share insights on what’s on the horizon at the EEOC.
